Chapter Philanthropy and Service

 

Our chapter hosts several philanthropy events throughout the fall and spring semesters. We have proudly raised over $80,000 in 4 years for St. Jude. We have hosted past philanthropy events such as:

Delta After Dark: A bonfire and cookout with live music, activities, and s' mores. Each year members of the Phi Eta sell tickets and t-shirts to raise money for St. Jude. 

Triple Play: A softball tournament made up of fraternity and student organization members held at the Texas Tech softball practice fields. There are games, food, and music for all to enjoy. Pets welcome!

Sincerely Yours: A letter-writing campaign at our house, each member writes letters to family, friends, and local businesses in order to raise money and spread awareness of our philanthropy. There are snacks and music provided. 

Also, we reach out to local businesses that allow us to host several give-back events where a portion of the proceeds go to St. Jude
